“ My sister and I went here tonight for a couple of beefs & fries. My third time at this location. The beef and fries were phenomenal, again. Fresh cut fries were super hot and lightly crispy tonight. Last 2 times they were a bit soft, but love em either way. This location hasn't disappointed me yet. I need to try the burgers and pizza at some point. My sister's family and friends swear by this place being the "go to" place for great food, I agree. Sorry, I don't take photos of my food. Rather eat it while it's hot! ”

“ Love this location. They have a drive through but also, they are open until 3am. Imagine that! Going out for ice cream on a late night in the summer. The employees at this location rock! They really get to know their customers. Food is cooked to order...always fresh and piping hot. ”

“ I work very late, so this is the only place open when I get off work. I am not being negative or complaining one bit, but I will say that the female fry cook in the kitchen gave me the best meal that I’ve had from there to date. The fresh cut french fries were actually fresh and not overloaded in salt, the hot dog looked like it was from a commercial and wasn’t overloaded in toppings! I’ve never had a bad experience, but sometimes the food hasn’t been that great, just because it’s not fresh. I wanted to let management know, the female cook in the kitchen, needs a full-time position and a raise. Everything was phenomenal, and even the chicken rice soup sometimes is hit or miss, and tonight it was phenomenal. Always friendly staff and delivery people, highly recommend the ribs, chicken, and fries. Thank you guys very much for being the only place since Covid that cares about people who work late. You guys will always have my support and gratitude. ”

Even when it is 12 degrees out in winter with negative windchill and no car i still feel that I must persevere through frigid and frozen terrain to have a reward of amazing cuisine that only they, Mugs Pizza And Grill, can produce with absolute precision and perfection every single time. Every time I glance at their big white sign going down Rand Road, it just makes me think “I wish I could have some of that.” My love for Mugs has become some sort of an obsession, an addiction if you will, as I have gone there regularly throughout the school year. In the long, boring, and unpleasant school day, Mugs Pizza And Grill Arlington Heights acts as a light at the end of the tunnel. The food is so excellent that it is worth walking in frigid 12 degree weather for many miles on slippery, icy sidewalks in February in Chicago. When I pass by the Muggaverro family restaurant, I just think to myself about the juicy, delicious double cheeseburgers with gooey cheese and fresh toppings perfectly placed. I think of the french fries with the perfect ratio of salt, oil, and trans-fatty acids. I think of their appetizing cheese curds that are deep fried in a hot tub of juicy oil and brought out in a perfectly sized bag with just the right amount of crisp and just waiting for pure enjoyment in both the taste buds and the soul. Since the year 1988, the Muggaverro family has been making mainly pizza, but I personally feel that when they got the idea to make burgers, they found gold. Whoever came up with the concept for the Muggaverro family to make burgers and cheese curds needs a raise and I want to personally thank them from the bottom of my heart for their brilliant idea. “ This is my most amazing find. Ot jas made me quite the hero with my family. We cheerfully travel from Lake Zurich to enjoy just about everything on the menu. You can't go wrong with any of the wide variety of choices. If you close your eyes and point at the menu, you are sure to pick a winner. For years we have been enjoying the obvious....gyros, Italian beef, awesome chicken and burgers cooked on open flame grill with fresh cut fries made incredible smothered with merkts cheese...or an assortment of delicious dinner choices. But wait...the biggest surprise was ordering a pizza, 'for a change' and being completely blown away by one of the best, high quality pizzas by any Chicago standard, and I'm serious about my pizza.
